General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of handmade products (zellij panels, mosaics, tiles) made via the FEZZANO website. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

2. Products

Our products are handmade in Fes by skilled artisans. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions may exist and do not constitute a defect.

3. Orders and Down Payment

Any custom order requires a 50% down payment upon validation. The balance is due before shipment. FEZZANO reserves the right to refuse any order in case of a previous dispute.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in MAD (Moroccan Dirham) or EUR depending on the market, excluding any customs duties which are the responsibility of the buyer. FEZZANO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

5. Production Times

Production times are indicative and vary according to the complexity of the order (generally 4 to 8 weeks). FEZZANO cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped from Fes, Morocco. Shipping costs and delivery times are specified during the order process. The risks associated with transport are transferred to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Claims

Any claim must be sent to contact@fezzano.com within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photos. After this period, no claim will be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All visuals, designs, and content on the FEZZANO website are protected. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

9. Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
