Are your products really handmade?

Yes, entirely. Each tile is hand-cut and assembled by our maâlems in our workshop in Fez, using ancestral techniques unchanged for centuries.

What are the production times?

2 to 4 weeks for catalogue products, 4 to 8 weeks for custom orders depending on complexity.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

How do I maintain zellige?

Cleaning with clear water and mild soap is sufficient. Avoid acidic or abrasive products that could damage the enamel. A sealant can be applied to protect the grout.
