At FEZZANO, each piece is handcrafted in Fes according to your specifications. Due to the artisanal and custom nature of our products, we apply the following policy.
✦ Custom Products
Custom orders are not eligible for a refund once production has started. A deposit is required at the time of order to cover manufacturing costs.
✦ Catalog Products
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
✦ Delivery Damages
In case of damage observed upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis to find the best solution.
